30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email trendnest841@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
